Ensure that we have access to the property
When booking a cleaning service, we strive and pride ourselves on our ability to work around your schedule and needs. This means that you get to decide what time suits you best. If you have a booking with us, please ensure that you are home for your booked cleaning time, or if you can’t be home for your clean, please give us specific entry instructions; such as where we can find a key or the contact number of who is opening the door for us. This will give you a full cleaning service, and minimise waiting time.
Communicate with us about what your needs are
INA Cleaning Melbourne completely understands that every home is run by individual and independent families, who each have their own cleaning requirements. One thing we will ask you when you make your booking is “what are your priorities?” So be ready! Our cleaners will also spend time with you to see what your needs are, and if there are areas of the home you don’t want us cleaning; such as the home office. Let us know about any changes you wish to make to your booking before your cleaning service

We give our staff a final notice of each working day ahead, giving them the time to organise themselves for tomorrow. If you decide to get an extra cleaning service, allowing us notice means we can arrive completely prepared to do your cleaning service.
INA Cleaning Melbourne has no lock-in-contracts, and no upfront payment is needed. We do not charge your card until your service is complete, giving you peace of mind to be as flexible as you need to be. INA Cleaning Melbourne does however, have a 24-hour cancellation policy. So if you do need to cancel your booking, please give us notice via email and/or text before the final 24 hours leading up to your cleaning start time.

Some of our clients want us in and out as quickly as we can, however we never compromise the quality of the cleaning service, rather, we send 3-4 cleaners in to give attention to detail in every room.
Our cleaners are very skilled at time-management, so you can expect them to be on time and ready to go. Once in a while, we do encounter traffic and/or parking problems and may run a little behind on schedule; however, you will be notified immediately. Our best advice would be to allow a 30-minute time gap for that ‘just-in case’ scenario. So, if you need to leave the house by 9:00am, book your cleaning service in for 8:30am, and that way we can be ready for unexpected events.
Finally, our cleaners are all police checked for every year of employment with us. We also require them to be fully insured, equipped and experienced in cleaning before we can consider them part of the INA Cleaning family. This means you have the opportunity to leave a house key with your cleaner when booking a regular cleaning service, as we always assign your clean to the same cleaner, and all keys are required to be kept in a secure place.
